REFUGE

"REFUGE" explores the emotional tale of a mother and daughter struggling to survive in a devastated future when, unexpectedly, they’re caught in the crossfire of two giant machines of war. Terrifyingly outmatched, they search for refuge from the dance of death that surrounds them, and in their darkest hour, must find strength in one another as they fight for their lives.

A VFX test for my shortfilm, Refuge (www.refugeshortfilm.com). I've been sitting on this finished test for a few years, and I think it's finally time to share it. This was made on a shoestring budget and was meant as an internal proof of concept to make sure we could hit the intended quality bar of the film. I'm extremely proud of what the team was able to accomplish, and I'm hopeful that we will be able to make the full film someday.
